After long years of "drought," feeling like I was holding my breath as I waited for the Lord to answer a prayer I had in my heart, He brought it to pass in His perfect time. At that moment, the words of Psalm 18:19 burst in upon me and let out my breath with soul-deep relief.
"He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me."
A spacious place.
Rescued by God. Delighted in by God.
